Established in 1976 at Ipiranga São Paulo’s district, Real Mecanica de Precisão Ltda., operating in tooling and precision machining components segment.
With natural growing standing upon competence, transparency and responsibility.
In 1992 acquires is own building in nearby city of Ribeirão Pires in ABC region, with an area of 1.600m².
It was in the year 2000 that began its transformation, resulting of the first CNC equipments investments to manufacture serial parts, tools and dies.
In 2004 occur it’s biggest evolution with the entrance on metallic stamping parts segment, it requires new investments upon press machines acquisition and plant area enlargement to 3.000m².
Nowadays Real Mecanica possesses a Costumer portfolio with over 20 active Clients among those, automotive and white line systemists all over Brazil, offering solutions in stamping, serial machining, welding assembly, devices and laboratory processes, in an area of 10.000m², with updated equipments and capacity up to 600 Tons all with automatic feeders.
To ensure attendance, Real Mecanica relies on 200 employees among production, quality and engineering technicians, logistics and administration, being certificated on ISO 9000, ISO IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 by VWCO, and, always watching environment control and social responsibility.
